A Suitable Function for Government

Yeah, I actually said that, I just don't know how exactly the rule of law should be upheld practically.  What I mean is how exactly law enforcement officials would rectify and fix the damage.  Of course these assholes (crude but apt) should fail, but essentially robbing someone of what was supposed to be their property under contractual law is not something a mortgage company going under is going to result in justice.  And keep in mind, this isn't a call for regulation.  It is a call to uphold property rights.  Just watch the video.

Lesson: Get a physical copy of your deed whenever you take out a mortgage and hope for the best.
